GREENING MASTERPLAN PROJECT
HONG KONG

Project Management for the development, design, tendering and construction phases of the greening works for urban areas of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. The project involves site survey to gather details of existing greening and identification of greening opportunities within streetscapes in the short term and on buildings and highway structures in the medium and long term. Greening Master Plans with representative themes are developed and presented to stakeholders for consultation at public forums. Following endorsement by District Councils and Government Departments the detail design, tendering and implementation of the short-term plans are managed through to establishment and handover to maintenance authorities.
