This was by far a major alternative dispute resolution involvement for our expert teams. We have undertaken significant ADR roles in dispute between the government of Brunei and a main contractor for arbitration in Singapore. Our expert roles involved providing several independent experts in project planning, geotechnical services and specialists in quantum and financial assessment of claims.
