A planning engineer specialist with considerable professional experience of over 40 years in project planning and delay impact analysis on a wide variety of railway / infrastructure, building and engineering projects in the UK, Hong Kong and the Middle East.

David has worked as a planning engineer within major infrastructure companies like the MTRC and Airport Authority and, as a planning specialist, with international engineering consultancies.

He also possesses particular expertise and first-hand experience of forensic delay analysis, EoT assessment, risk analysis and various project planning software applications.
