A project management specialist, David has more than 35 years of experience in Hong Kong and more than 40 years total involvement in the design, construction and project management of major works such as roads, bridges, underground railways, high-rise buildings, deep basements, tunnels, and piled foundations.

David also has considerable experience of investigation, repair and reporting on failed building materials such as concrete, render and tiling and more recently in waste management. He is an expert in his field and has acted as expert witness in disputes.
