Roger has over 40 years of experience and has held senior project and management positions in the UK, Hong Kong and the Middle East where he was General Manager for a major international consulting practice.

He is a water and wastewater specialist, and an expert in the design of submarine pipelines and sea outfalls. He has been responsible for many major water, infrastructure, environmental and urban design projects.
