It was set up specifically to service the particular requirements of the golf course and leisure industries, in which it had built a successful track record in Hong Kong and internationally.

Link 21's personnel have extensive experience in golf course and leisure engineering design, project management and construction supervision. Link 21 is part of AIM Group and its unique expertise is thus complemented by that of AIM Group, giving clients access to a wider variety of skills as may be required for a project, from conventional engineering design to planning, resolving contractual issues and economic assessments.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Hong Kong Golf Club
Link 21 was responsible for the contract documentation, tendering process and contract administration for this comprehensive reconstruction of one of the oldest and most prestigious golf courses in Hong Kong, achieving successful completion on time and within budget.

Shek O Country Club
This project entailed master planning, project management and construction supervision for the complete reconstruction of 7 of the 18 holes at this prestigious golf course and a major new drainage outlet to alleviate serious flooding problems.

Jockey Club Public Golf Course
Kau Sai Chau, Hong Kong
Link 21 provided tender and specialist construction support to the Contractor responsible for the third golf course at the extremely popular golf course at Kau Sai Chau.

Kowloon Cricket Club
This project comprised the complete replacement of the old cricket pitch with an international-standard playing surface. The project also included drainage improvements to alleviate flooding problems and an innovative irrigation water storage facility located beneath the pitch.

Hong Kong Golf Club: Water Management Study
Link 21 was responsible for a comprehensive water management study covering the courses at Fanling and Deep Water Bay, including the irrigation and drainage systems on both courses.

HKRFU, King's Park Sports Ground
Our expert's role involved providing Project Support Services to Hong Kong Rugby Football Union (HKRFU) including technical and contract assistance for redevelopment of the sports and recreational facilities at King's Park, Kowloon involving provision of new changing rooms, upgrades to kitchen, bar and restaurant, new pitch lighting and improvements to spectator facilities.

Al Shaqab Equestrian Centre, Doha, Qatar
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Link 21 provided specialist drainage and sewerage input for the design of this prestigious equestrian facility.
