A civil engineer with over 35 years of experience in project management, project planning, EoT assessments, construction supervision and design of major infrastructure, waterworks and highways projects with substantial mechanical and electrical works in South East Asia and the Middle East. Warren is experienced in dealing with government departments and other external parties and heading programmes as a project manager from his engineering assignments for Hong Kong Government's Contracts, Public Utilities Board of Singapore and National Water Company of Saudi Arabia. He has substantial hands-on experience in assessments of project programmes and assessments of EoT claims on Hong Kong contracts as well as international contracts including NEC and FIDIC.
